Warehouse Officer – Full-time

About the role

Agary Pharmaceutical Limited is seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Officer to oversee daily warehouse operations in Deidei, Abuja. The role ensures efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of medical and hospital consumables while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and record incoming goods, generate GRNs and waybills.
• Organise stock in designated locations and conduct regular stock counts.
• Prepare and dispatch orders promptly, ensuring documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies, damages or shortages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and other departments to support seamless operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
