Warehouse Manager – Multiple Facilities

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead the efficient operation of five distinct warehouse facilities for Multipro Consumer Products Limited in Port Harcourt. The role ensures seamless inventory control, safe storage of raw materials and finished goods, and timely dispatch to support production and customer fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities across the Main, Annex, Hanger, Nikko and New warehouses, implementing SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the SAP‑integrated management system, conduct daily physical and cycle counts, and enforce FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Monitor space utilisation, propose optimisation strategies and coordinate between sites to meet production schedules.
• Train, supervise and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards (NAFDAC, SON, MANCAP), conduct safety audits, risk assessments and emergency drills.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of experience managing warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or comparable inventory management systems.
• Strong knowledge of FIFO and FEFO inventory principles.
• Understanding of warehouse health and safety regulations and relevant Nigerian standards.
