Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead daily warehouse operations in Ikeja, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate handling of goods. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels, supervising receiving and dispatch, and supporting timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety regulations.
• Manage warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and cross‑functional teams to forecast demand and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse or ERP software.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of stock management processes and best practices.
• Leadership abilities with experience supervising warehouse teams.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
