Warehouse & Facilities Manager – Logistics Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse and Facilities Manager to lead the physical throughput, space utilization and infrastructure across our warehouse sites and office facilities. The role combines oversight of material handling operations, layout optimisation and maintenance of building systems to ensure high uptime and efficient logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize floor layouts, racking systems and storage configurations to maximise cubic utilisation and dock throughput.
• Oversee inbound dock operations, staging, outbound dispatch readiness and overall material handling workflows.
• Manage material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, automation) including utilisation, maintenance schedules and operator allocation.
• Direct routine maintenance programmes for building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting and roofing.
• Source, negotiate and manage third‑party service contracts (janitorial, security, waste management, pest control, structural repairs).

Required profile

• 5–7+ years experience managing warehouse space and facilities, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, industrial docking equipment and property maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or related field; MBA or certifications a plus.
