Volunteer Programme Coordinator

About the role

The Programme Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of OEF initiatives. The role brings together programme schedules, contributors, logistics, documentation and follow‑up to help activities run effectively from preparation through closeout.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programme work plans, schedules, task ownership and readiness checklists.
• Coordinate contributors, logistics, resources and activity requirements.
• Document decisions, action points and follow‑up responsibilities.
• Monitor programme readiness and escalate risks, delays or unresolved dependencies.
• Support programme documentation, activity closeout and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Organised, calm, resourceful and self‑directed collaborator able to coordinate people, information and timelines, solve practical problems and keep delivery priorities visible.
• Experience coordinating student, community, nonprofit, event or startup initiatives (advantage).

Required skills

• Collaboration and project‑management platforms (Notion, Trello, Asana, Jira).
• Google Workspace, particularly Sheets.
• Virtual meeting platforms (Google Meet, Zoom).
• AI‑enabled planning and documentation tools.
