Volunteer - Fashion Events & Runway Support

About the role

Swish Vogue, a high-fashion brand, is working with Say Less x Let's Dance to open doors for passionate people to gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of fashion, live events and culture. It is looking for motivated volunteers to join its team across several departments for upcoming brand initiatives, runway productions and experiential events in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Event operations and coordination: support live event execution, venue layout and timing
• Guest experience and registration: manage guest lists, check-ins and audience engagement
• Media, publicity and communications: assist with press coordination, media outreach and public messaging
• Social media and content creation: capture real-time behind-the-scenes coverage, photos, videos and social updates
• Partnerships and sponsorship support: help with sponsor relations, brand activations and partner logistics
• Backstage and runway coordination: manage models, outfit changes, styling and runway flow
• Logistics and production support: assist with equipment, stage setups, sound and lighting flow and general production needs
