About the role
The Process Circle is launching a WhatsApp accountability community for goal‑oriented individuals. We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Community Manager to shape and nurture the community culture from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Send the weekly “Loop” prompt to members every Monday.
- Welcome each new member with a personal greeting.
- Monitor activity and follow up with members who become silent.
- Engage in conversations with thoughtful, substantive replies.
- Maintain a warm, honest, and supportive environment.
Required profile
- Consistently shows up and participates.
- Attentive to members’ engagement patterns.
- Values process and progress over mere results.
- Communicates clearly, warmly, and with empathy.
- Believes in the mission of The Process Circle.
