Visual Content Creator

About the role

LiDA Digital Agency is looking for a highly skilled Visual Content Creator who can turn brand strategy into premium, cinematic visual assets. You will work across concept development, shooting, editing, and storytelling to produce compelling video and photographic content for a range of premium brands.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality video content for client campaigns, ads, and digital platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit cinematic videos tailored for social media and brand initiatives.
• Develop visual concepts in partnership with strategy and content teams.
• Ensure strong storytelling, pacing, framing, lighting, and colour grading in all outputs.
• Create supporting visual assets such as thumbnails and photography from shoots.
• Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across multiple client accounts.
• Adapt creative execution to different industries and brand personalities while meeting strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio.
• At least three self‑produced video projects and multiple photography samples.
• Deep understanding of cinematic composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to interpret brand briefs and translate them into compelling visual direction.
• Nice‑to‑have graphic design skills and experience with brand campaigns or agencies.
