Virtual Assistant Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Virtual Assistant Trainer to join Zyetech Innovation Technology, a technology training institute in Port Harcourt. The trainer will teach students practical skills needed to work as professional virtual assistants, delivering engaging, hands‑on sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual assistant training sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, class notes, and practical exercises.
• Teach industry‑standard tools and best practices.
• Guide students through real‑life administrative tasks and projects.
• Mark assignments and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor student progress and offer support as needed.
• Promote professionalism, time management, and effective workplace communication.
• Participate in curriculum improvements when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant.
• Strong understanding of virtual assistant tools and workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to explain concepts in clear, practical English.
• Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Professional attitude with a willingness to support students.

Required skills

• Familiarity with virtual assistant software (e.g., email clients, scheduling tools, CRM systems, project management platforms).
