About the role

Our client, a growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operator, is expanding its footprint across Mainland and Island Lagos. They are looking for motivated individuals to fill a range of positions, from management to front‑line team members, to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations and maintain service flow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and address guest inquiries promptly.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance for managerial roles.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and point‑of‑sale transactions where applicable.
• Coordinate order dispatch and delivery for rider positions.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety standards, and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in hospitality, QSR, retail, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑moving setting.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible, shift‑based schedules.
