About the role
The Unit Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Ikeja. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated unit within Brit Property, ensuring that property portfolios, development activities, and marketing initiatives run smoothly and meet company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the assigned unit, including property portfolio management.
- Coordinate land acquisition, infrastructure, and property development activities.
- Supervise estate agency and marketing initiatives.
- Lead a team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain client relationships and negotiate agreements.
- Prepare regular performance reports and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with other units to drive overall business growth.
- Proactively solve problems, communicate effectively, and follow up to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Required profile
- Strong leadership, team‑management and people‑development abilities.
- Operational and project‑management experience, including planning, organizing and prioritising multiple property‑related projects.
- Excellent client‑relationship management, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
- Business‑development, sales and property‑marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
- Analytical and reporting capabilities to interpret data and support strategic decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of real‑estate practices, property‑development processes and relevant local regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Marketing or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in real‑estate, property development or unit/branch management is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic office software and digital communication tools.
