Unit Head, Quality Assurance & Analytics, E-Business Operations

About the role

To supervise and ensure all quality assurance metrics are implemented and reviews conducted, then reported.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure existing internal controls and risk management practices are strictly adhered to.
• Keep the Group Head abreast of all occurrences through a robust Quality Assurance report.
• Coordinate group meetings and training sessions.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Supervise periodic spot checks and process audits across key E‑business Operations functions.
• Mentor and train QA team members on process knowledge, audit expectations, and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
• First degree with at least Second‑Class honors; a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Professional certification is a plus.
