UI/UX Engineer – Multiple Levels (Junior to Consultant)

About the role

We are looking for talented UI/UX Engineers across several seniority levels – Junior, Intermediate, Specialist and Consultant – to join our product and design teams. You will help create intuitive, high‑performing user interfaces for multiple enterprise‑scale products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain UI components using modern UI frameworks and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, QA, business) to translate business requirements into user‑centric solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, accessibility and security compliance across all front‑end deliverables.
• Maintain UI documentation, user flows, design specifications and adhere to governance and release processes.
• Participate in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and support multiple product initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design or related field (NYSC completed).
• 4–15+ years of relevant experience depending on the level applied for.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and enterprise‑scale digital environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
