Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Obanikoro. You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s liquidity, cash flow, and banking relationships, ensuring that cash is positioned efficiently and that payables and receivables are settled on time.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and bank balances.
• Prepare and maintain cash‑flow forecasts and support the budgeting process.
• Optimize working capital to meet operational and strategic objectives.
• Manage foreign‑exchange exposures and coordinate with financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Produce treasury reports for senior management and analyse financial data to aid decision‑making.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and senior leadership to support growth in global logistics and supply‑chain services.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in treasury and corporate finance, including cash management and liquidity planning.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and interpreting financial statements.
• Experience managing banking relationships, payment platforms, and treasury‑operations tools or ERP systems.
• Understanding of foreign‑exchange, interest rates, and basic risk‑management practices.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CTP) is a plus.
• Relevant treasury or finance experience, preferably within logistics, supply‑chain or international trade.
• High level of integrity and commitment to robust internal controls.
