Training & Onboarding Lead

About the role

The Training & Onboarding Lead will shape the performance and culture of our call‑center and delivery teams. You will design and deliver onboarding programs, evaluate new hires, and continuously improve operational quality through coaching and standards enforcement.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate candidates from recruitment, focusing on communication, sales ability, learning speed and adaptability.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for operators and delivery agents.
• Train staff on customer psychology, communication standards, and sales logic.
• Identify weak performers early and work with team leads to boost performance.
• Maintain and improve team engagement, motivation, and retention after onboarding.
• Monitor KPI‑based metrics such as adaptation speed, training quality, and operator performance growth.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of people psychology and sales processes.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• High emotional intelligence combined with a demanding standards‑driven approach.
• Ability to quickly spot weak behavior patterns and act decisively.
