Trainer / Coach – Student Development & Academic Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Trainer / Coach to join an international education‑focused team that supports students in their academic and personal development journeys. The role involves delivering coaching, workshops and curriculum support to help learners prepare for boarding school, higher education and life skills in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored coaching for academic and personal growth, including readiness for boarding school and higher‑education pathways.
• Conduct mock interviews and assist students with personal‑statement writing.
• Deliver one‑to‑one and group sessions to strengthen academic skills, communication and critical thinking.
• Support students in building confidence, structured study plans and balanced academic/extracurricular development.
• Guide self‑awareness and personal development based on individual strengths and interests.
• Design and deliver workshops, training modules and coaching sessions for students and families.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational resources, mentoring frameworks and student‑readiness programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of coaching approaches and curriculum design.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, International Relations or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring or student development, preferably with middle‑ and high‑school students.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• International exposure through studies abroad or work in multicultural environments.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical abilities.
• Empathetic and adaptable to diverse learner needs.
• Passion for student wellbeing, education and personal development.
