TPM Manager (Engineering)

About the role

The Total Performance Management (TPM) Manager – Engineering will lead the implementation of Nestlé’s TPM system at the Agbara Factory, ensuring alignment with the Nestlé Continuous Excellence programme and driving both performance results and cultural change. The role also oversees the factory’s digital transformation through Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO) tools.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate TPM with key initiatives, coordinate external consultants, and align TPM goals with the factory’s vision.
• Communicate TPM progress and outcomes to the Executive Committee.
• Lead the promotion campaign, define and execute the Factory TPM Master Plan, and drive the digital rollout plan.
• Support and coach the factory manager and pillar leaders, fostering a “Zero loss” mindset and coordinating TPM training.
• Assess implementation progress, diagnose gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of factory experience, preferably as Production or Maintenance Manager.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on TPM implementation experience, with exposure to the Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance award or completion of a TPM Coaches Course.
