About the role
We are looking for an energetic Telemarketer to promote DashSpid to businesses in Nigeria. You will use provided leads to generate interest, schedule demos and turn prospects into customers while representing our brand professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Call companies daily using provided leads and introduce DashSpid.
- Explain product benefits and schedule product demonstrations with interested businesses.
- Follow up with prospects until they become customers and record all interactions in the CRM.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and gather customer feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluent in English with strong confidence speaking on the phone.
- Sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and good organisational and follow‑up skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp Business and social media.
