Technical Store Keeper – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Store Keeper to manage our warehouse on Victoria Island, Lagos. You will be responsible for efficient inventory control, smooth daily operations, and maintaining a safe, organized storage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, stocking, and dispatching of goods while ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, optimise stock layout and implement efficiency procedures.
• Maintain meticulous inventory records and collaborate with procurement for timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock checks, audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Utilise computerized inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track movements, generate reports and analyse trends.
• Ensure cleanliness, organisation and safety standards are consistently met.
• Support inventory counts, reconciliations and year‑end audits to uphold data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or HND in accounting, business or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of store‑keeping or warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of inventory management systems such as SAP or Oracle.
