Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, execution and successful delivery of complex enterprise technology projects, with a focus on SAP, SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA and ERP implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, monitor progress and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business, functional, technical and vendor groups, managing stakeholder expectations and communication.
• Lead SAP‑related activities including solution design, configuration, integration, testing, data migration, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Establish project governance, risk‑and‑issue management (RAID) processes, and produce regular status reports and dashboards.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation and vendor deliverables, ensuring financial and contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate degree or professional qualification is a plus.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 4–5 years of hands‑on project management of enterprise technology or SAP projects.
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or ERP implementation, upgrade or transformation projects in large, complex organisations.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent is required or highly desirable.
