Technical Facility Officer

About the role

Relief360 Integrated Services is seeking a proactive Technical Facility Officer to oversee the maintenance and operation of client facilities on Lagos Island. The role ensures that building systems remain safe, functional, and efficient while supporting the company’s commitment to high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on MEP, HVAC, plumbing, generators, and solar/inverter systems.
• Monitor and maintain building systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate and supervise technicians and external contractors.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. in Engineering, Facility Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical facility management or building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building services and maintenance practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organisational abilities.
• Must be based on or willing to work on Lagos Island.
