Tech Instructor – AI & Web Development

About the role

Teachly Nigeria Limited is looking for a dynamic Tech Instructor to lead hands‑on training in artificial intelligence and full‑stack web development. You will guide learners of varying ages through project‑based curricula, helping them turn theory into real‑world applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive lessons on AI concepts, machine learning basics, prompt engineering, and AI tool integration (ChatGPT, Sora, Runway, etc.).
• Teach full‑stack web development covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and backend frameworks such as PHP, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Create project‑driven curricula and mentor students through real‑world tech projects.
• Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high class engagement.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to continuously improve course content and teaching quality.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, web technologies, and digital education tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1‑3 years of professional experience in web development (frontend and/or backend).
• Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, and frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach students across different age groups and learning abilities.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and education.
