Team Lead Marketing & Customer Experience

About the role

The Team Lead Marketing & Customer Experience will drive OneHealth’s brand presence, communication strategy and customer‑centric initiatives across Nigeria. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape brand perception, manage media relations and build a robust customer experience function that supports both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and coordinate integrated marketing, brand and communication campaigns, including events, promotions and exhibitions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets (offices, corporate gifts, digital materials) and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee social‑media channels, media relations and CSR activities, acting as the primary liaison with agencies, freelancers and press.
• Establish and manage the Customer Experience function, collecting and analysing feedback, monitoring complaint trends and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with medical, operations, sales and product teams to align brand messaging with service offerings and enhance customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in marketing, brand management or communications, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of leading brand‑building initiatives and managing multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience setting up or overseeing customer experience processes and handling feedback analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
