About the role
The Reef Swim School is seeking enthusiastic swimming instructors to guide learners of all ages in Lagos. You will create a supportive, fun environment where beginners and experienced swimmers alike can build confidence and master aquatic skills.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver structured swim lessons for children and adults.
- Maintain a safe, patient, and encouraging learning atmosphere.
- Help students overcome fear of water while ensuring enjoyment.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to plan lesson progression.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and fast‑learning mindset.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Genuine empathy for working with kids and adults.
- Residence near Ikeja is an advantage.
