Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Dang Lifestyle is looking for a strategic, detail‑oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end operations across retail, e‑commerce, warehousing, procurement, fulfilment and distribution. The role will drive efficiency, inventory availability and cost optimisation while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full supply chain process – procurement, inventory, warehousing, fulfilment and logistics – and develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance and mitigate risks.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across stores, warehouses and fulfilment centres, conduct stock counts and audits, and implement control systems.
• Direct order fulfilment for retail and e‑commerce channels, ensuring timely dispatch, delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence by creating SOPs, process improvements and coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Service.
• Collaborate on demand planning and forecasting, analysing sales trends and market insights to align inventory with projected sales.
• Lead procurement activities and vendor management to secure timely and cost‑effective sourcing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG, beauty, skincare, retail or e‑commerce supply‑chain environments.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage both strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution.
• Demonstrated track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Excellent analytical skills for demand forecasting and inventory optimisation.
