Supervisor – Hospitality Operations

About the role

We are a well‑established hospitality business in Kubwa, Abuja, looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead daily operations, coordinate staff, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The role demands strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to maintain high service standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of operational staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections for cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift management.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or operational issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
• Maintain a positive customer experience at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum HND/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and communication abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Residence in Kubwa, Abuja or within reasonable commuting distance.
