Subsea Services Leader – Testing & Subsea (Port Harcourt)

About the role

We are seeking a Subsea Services Leader to take technical and operational responsibility for the eROCS on a designated rig in Port Harcourt. You will ensure the system is correctly configured, commissioned, and operated in line with company procedures and client requirements, supporting the project from build phase through full offshore execution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for eROCS on the assigned rig.
• Configure, commission, and operate eROCS in full compliance with standards.
• Participate in project build activities, including eFAT, SIT, and offshore operations.
• Collaborate closely with Subsea Systems Engineer and client representatives.
• Apply subsea control and downhole interface expertise from installation to retrieval.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or engineering degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Control & Automation or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on offshore subsea experience.
• Proven experience with remote operated control systems or electro‑hydraulic subsea technologies.
• Familiarity with rig interfaces and integration of subsea equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and system schematics.
• Strong safety focus and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced offshore environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
