Student Recruitment Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Student Recruitment Officer to join our team in Lekki. The role involves attracting prospective students, guiding them through the admission process and supporting them with visa requirements where needed.

Key responsibilities

• Promote study programmes and recruit prospective students.
• Provide counselling on courses, admission criteria and application steps.
• Assist candidates with completing applications and enrollment paperwork.
• Support students in preparing visa applications and related documentation.
• Follow up with leads to ensure successful enrolment.
• Maintain accurate student records and update recruitment databases.
• Prepare simple reports on recruitment activities, applications and enrolments.
• Participate in marketing initiatives such as social media campaigns, education fairs and outreach events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in student recruitment, admissions or related marketing role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Residence on the Island (Lekki) is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of visa application processes.
