Student Recruiter

About the role

The International Business School (IBS) is looking for a part‑time, hybrid Student Recruiter based in Abuja. You will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the IBS admission journey and helping convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Visit schools, attend fairs, and host information sessions to promote IBS programmes.
• Engage prospects via online channels, answer questions, and provide personalised guidance.
• Maintain accurate prospect records in the CRM system and generate periodic recruitment reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams on outreach campaigns and digital recruitment initiatives.
• Follow up consistently with leads to support conversion from inquiry to enrollment.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with active listening and empathy.
• Interest in international business and higher‑education trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
