Structured Finance Analyst

About the role

The Structured Finance Analyst will support the design, analysis, and execution of financing transactions for corporate clients in Abuja. You will work closely with senior bankers and stakeholders to develop robust financial models and provide credit insights that drive investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and cash‑flow modeling for proposed transactions.
• Evaluate credit risk and assess transaction viability.
• Assist in structuring and executing financing solutions.
• Prepare investment memoranda, transaction reports, and presentation materials.
• Perform industry and market research to inform deal strategy.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Support due‑diligence, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, banking or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in structured finance, corporate finance, investment banking, credit analysis, treasury or related financial services.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA are a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
