Store Officer – Finished Goods (Pharma)

About the role

The Store Officer (Finished Goods) will manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products at Juhel Nigeria Limited’s Enugu facility. This role ensures that all finished goods are handled in compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive finished products from production, verifying quantities, batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates, and accompanying documentation.
• Store finished goods according to required temperature, humidity, and regulatory conditions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the register.
• Apply FEFO and FIFO inventory management practices.
• Document all warehouse transactions, including receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality management system reviews.
• Monitor stock levels, generate regular inventory reports, and report variances or damages promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND (minimum).
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical warehousing standards.
• Strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and good organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
