STEM & Digital Skills Instructor (Teens)

About the role

Digital Skills Centre is looking for an enthusiastic instructor to deliver its Teen Tech Bootcamp in Ikorodu, Lagos. You will teach teenagers core STEM and digital concepts through hands‑on, project‑based sessions that spark curiosity and build confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lessons on game development, coding, data analysis and introductory AI.
• Guide students through practical exercises, coding challenges and collaborative projects.
• Create an inclusive, fun classroom environment that encourages experimentation.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback and report outcomes to the curriculum team.
• Assist in refining course materials to ensure relevance and quality.

Required profile

• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in the listed technical areas.
• Passion for teaching teenagers and simplifying complex concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Good classroom management and organisational skills.
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.
