Solutions Architect – AWS Cloud

About the role

An AWS Solutions Architect translates complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost‑effective cloud architectures, bridging the gap between business leaders and technical engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Cloud Architecture Design: Build blueprints for multi‑tier applications using core AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda and VPC.
• Well‑Architected Framework Alignment: Ensure solutions meet the six AWS pillars – Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, Cost Optimization and Sustainability.
• Client Consultation: Partner directly with stakeholders to align cloud infrastructure with long‑term company growth.
• Migration Strategy: Design and lead execution paths to migrate legacy systems into modern cloud ecosystems.
• Security & Compliance Management: Implement governance using least‑privilege IAM, data encryption and network boundaries.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in a technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking or data & analytics.
• 2+ years experience designing, implementing or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
• 5+ years experience in IT development or implementation/consulting within software or Internet industries.
• Experience working within software development or Internet‑related industries.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Experience with AWS technologies from a DevOps perspective.
