Solar Technician – Oshodi, Lagos

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Solar Technician to join our team in Oshodi, Lagos. This full‑time, on‑site position involves installing, maintaining and repairing solar power systems for residential and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters and related equipment according to design specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and corrective repairs on existing solar installations.
• Troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal power generation and efficiency.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols and industry standards on every job site.
• Interact with clients to explain system performance and provide technical support.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of solar systems, solar power technology and the renewable energy sector.
• Hands‑on experience with troubleshooting and optimizing system efficiency.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and best practices for solar installations.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in renewable energy technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
