Social Media Specialist

About the role

Fabcom Structural Ltd., a leading Nigerian manufacturer of roofing, steel framing and solar solutions, is seeking a creative Social Media Specialist to own and grow its digital presence across key platforms. The role combines content creation, community building and performance‑driven marketing to showcase products, projects and company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute platform‑specific content strategies for Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan monthly editorial calendars, research industry trends and monitor competitor activity.
• Capture high‑quality photos and videos at factories, project sites, exhibitions and events.
• Produce short‑form videos, YouTube episodes, graphics, carousels and promotional posts that align with brand guidelines.
• Write compelling copy that engages homeowners, contractors, architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Manage day‑to‑day channel operations, monitor performance metrics and recommend optimisation tactics.

Required profile

• Passion for social media marketing, storytelling and visual content creation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Production and Customer Service teams.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
