This high‑impact role blends strategic storytelling with data‑driven optimisation to turn online engagement into qualified business inquiries for premium assets such as luxury watches, designer bags, and fine jewelry.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a luxury‑focused social media strategy that builds brand authority among affluent audiences.
• Create and manage a cohesive content ecosystem across Stories, Feed, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, aligned with commercial goals.
• Apply audience psychology and storytelling techniques to condition high‑value clients for engagement and conversion.
• Optimise content distribution using platform algorithms to generate inbound intent and qualified leads.
• Track, analyse, and report KPIs centred on high‑value inquiries, appraisals, store visits, and deal considerations.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure digital tactics support broader business objectives and brand positioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for luxury, fintech, high‑value retail, or trust‑sensitive brands.
• Demonstrated success converting digital engagement into measurable business inquiries and conversions.
• Deep understanding of audience psychology and the social‑to‑sale funnel in premium markets.
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment and professional communication skills.
