Social Media Manager – Lagos

About the role

Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited is looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence in Lagos. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content, growing audiences, and supporting lead generation across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Create high‑quality graphics, videos, and other digital assets.
• Manage and grow the company’s Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other accounts.
• Monitor trends, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong graphic design background with proven ability to produce visual content.
• Experience in photography, videography and video editing.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and adapt to fast‑changing trends.
