About the role

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to own Beguile’s presence on TikTok and Instagram, turning our premium fragrance brand into a vibrant online community. You will work closely with the content team to post, engage and grow a loyal audience of customers and creators.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily posting on TikTok and Instagram using content created by the internal team, ensuring a consistent, on‑brand voice.
• Engage quickly in comments, DMs, tags and mentions with witty, personality‑driven replies.
• Recruit, activate and nurture a creator community, turning user‑generated content into a steady pipeline for social and advertising.
• Identify and jump on trends, sounds and cultural moments, adapting content for each platform.
• Collaborate with the content team on ideation, providing platform insights and audience feedback.
• Use performance metrics to refine posting strategy and drive growth.

• A refined eye for premium aesthetics that aligns with a modern fragrance house.
• Proven track record growing brands on TikTok and Instagram with measurable results.
• Experience in the beauty, fragrance or fashion industry.
• Sharp, witty writing ability that conveys brand voice in captions and comments.
