Social Media Manager

About the role

Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Limited is looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence in Lagos. You will be responsible for shaping content, engaging audiences, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies that increase visibility and generate leads.
• Create high‑quality graphics, videos and other digital assets.
• Manage and grow the company’s Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other accounts.
• Monitor trends, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Track performance metrics, produce monthly reports and collaborate with sales and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong graphic‑design abilities with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop or CorelDRAW.
• Proven experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, lead generation and campaign performance.
• Experience with photography, videography and video editing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
