Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. You will create and showcase engaging visual content that highlights our real‑estate projects while acting as the on‑camera voice of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute a monthly content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Create original photos, videos, reels and stories that promote properties, projects and company activities.
• Appear on camera for walkthroughs, interviews and brand‑representative videos.
• Write on‑brand captions and copy that reflect the company’s voice and values.
• Monitor social trends, adapt strategies, and engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and provide regular insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns and listings.
• Stay updated on real‑estate industry trends and competitor activity on social media.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management or content creation with a portfolio of work.
• Confident on‑camera presence, articulate and comfortable presenting to an audience.
• Professional appearance suitable for representing the brand publicly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Residency in or around Abraham Adesanya, Ajah, Lagos, or reliable commuting ability.
• Prior experience in real‑estate, marketing or a related field is a plus.
