Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for shaping our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms and driving engagement with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content including text, images, videos, reels, and stories.
• Monitor trends, audience feedback, and engagement opportunities to keep the brand relevant.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and produce regular reports.
• Manage paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships.
• Respond promptly and professionally to comments and direct messages.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field.
• Entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in digital marketing.
