Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead R & R’s online presence across major platforms, creating compelling content that drives brand awareness and supports sales objectives. Working on‑site in Abeokuta, you will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Create and schedule engaging graphics, captions, reels and promotional posts.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Analyse performance metrics and adjust tactics to improve reach and conversion.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for cross‑functional campaigns and promotions.

Required profile

• Proven experience (up to 12 months) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time and meet deadlines.
