Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead Kloverharris Limited’s online presence, crafting engaging content that reflects the brand’s hospitality ethos. You will work closely with marketing and design teams to boost visibility across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, fostering active community engagement.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and recommend optimisation tactics.
• Stay current with social media trends and incorporate innovative ideas into campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Strong copywriting ability and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using Adobe Suite.
• Familiarity with CapCut for video editing.
