Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategy‑driven Social Media Manager to own the organic presence of our founder’s personal brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, captioning and community engagement, while a separate videographer creates the visual assets and a Digital Media Buyer handles paid ads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve content pillar strategy (Founder Story, Expert Authority, Product in Real Life, CEO Behind the Scenes, Community and Culture).
• Build monthly content calendars and align them with the videographer’s delivery schedule.
• Schedule and publish approved posts using Later, maintaining a consistent five‑day‑a‑week feed cadence.
• Write authentic first‑person captions that match each content pillar’s tone.
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs, escalating sensitive issues directly to the founder.
• Engage proactively with community members, customers and relevant accounts to boost visibility.
• Track engagement, follower growth and reach; produce monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing organic social strategy for a brand or personal page.
• Proven ability to grow audiences and drive engagement on Instagram and other platforms.
• Comfortable working with a content scheduling tool (Later) and coordinating with a videographer.
• Strong written voice that can emulate the founder’s authentic, energetic style.
