Social Media Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Leinad Studios, a training and services provider in design, technology and marketing, is looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its Lagos team. The role is hybrid, with at least four days on‑site, and focuses on creating and managing engaging social media content that strengthens the brand’s online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, design and publish visual and video content for various social platforms.
• Write compelling captions, copy and proofread all posts.
• Schedule and manage daily posting calendars.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports and optimise content based on data.
• Engage with the community, respond to comments and messages.
• Stay current with social media trends and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and campaign strategies.

Required profile

• Proficiency in social media marketing, content strategy and community management.
• Experience or strong ability in graphic design, video creation and editing.
• Excellent copywriting, creative writing and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO and analytics.
• Ability to keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and suggest innovative ideas.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous social media content creation experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field is a plus.
