Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

The Paper Packaging Company (TPPC) is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager/Content Creator to join its Abuja office. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s online presence, educating audiences about sustainable packaging, and fostering community engagement across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Create platform‑specific content, including copy, graphics, short‑form videos, and basic photography.
• Publish, monitor, and engage with audiences on all social channels.
• Analyze performance metrics using social media analytics tools and optimise content based on data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Proven ability to craft compelling content that simplifies complex sustainability topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on‑site in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple projects.
• Prior exposure to sustainability, packaging, FMCG, or related sectors is a plus.
