Social Media Manager – Bourdillon Hotel

About the role

Venmac Resources Limited is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of Bourdillon Hotel in Abuja. You will be responsible for shaping the hotel’s online voice, engaging audiences, and supporting media relations across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the hotel’s communication goals.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, posts) on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok and other relevant channels.
• Monitor trends, analyse performance metrics, and refine tactics to improve brand visibility.
• Respond to media inquiries, arrange interviews, and maintain a media database.
• Coordinate publicity events, press conferences, and support on‑site media activities.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure visual and verbal consistency with the hotel brand.
• Participate in onboarding, mentoring, and periodic performance reviews.

Required profile

• Proven success in managing social media campaigns for hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of branding guidelines and ability to produce content that reflects the hotel’s identity.
• Willingness to engage with emerging platforms and stay ahead of digital trends.
