Social Media & Influencer Coordinator – Remote Full-Time

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to bridge organic social strategy with influencer‑driven growth. You will be the glue that holds our social presence together, building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting conversion goals for our e‑commerce partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop integrated influencer marketing plans aligned with social and brand objectives.
• Identify and engage trend‑setting influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Maintain professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners.
• Manage campaign timelines and ensure influencer content deliverables are met.
• Review and approve influencer content to guarantee brand alignment.
• Track ROI and optimize future campaigns using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with social, content, and paid teams for cohesive marketing efforts.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven experience in influencer and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and emerging trends.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Creative mindset for campaign innovation and digital storytelling.
