Social Media Handler

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Handler to amplify our brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X/Twitter. You will create, edit and schedule engaging short‑form content that resonates with our audience in fashion, entertainment and current affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Repost and repurpose blog articles on all major social platforms.
• Create and edit short‑form videos and graphics using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Source and curate trending fashion, entertainment, political and news content.
• Maintain a consistent daily/weekly posting schedule.
• Add captions, subtitles and branding to video posts.
• Monitor trends, viral formats and engagement metrics.
• Engage with comments and direct messages to build community.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years managing social media for a brand, blog or page.
• Strong sense of current affairs, fashion and entertainment trends.
• Reliable and able to post daily without close supervision.

Required skills

• CapCut
• Canva
• Adobe Premiere (or similar video editing software)
• Meta Business Suite, Buffer or Later for scheduling
