Social Media / Executive Assistant

About the role

U Build Limited is looking for a proactive and organized professional to combine social media management with executive assistance. You will help shape the company’s online presence while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media channels.
• Monitor platform performance, respond to comments and messages, and produce basic analytics reports.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers and other content creators as needed.
• Manage executives’ calendars, appointments and meeting logistics.
• Draft correspondence, organise files and take accurate meeting notes.
• Arrange travel, coordinate events and handle confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and administrative support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Residence in Abuja is preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• Google Workspace.
• Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Basic graphic design and content creation tools.
